What Time are the classes?

Our classes 7 days per week, rain hail or shine.

  • Monday - 5.30am, 6.15am, 9.30am, 5.30pm

  • Tuesday - 5.30am, 6.15am, 9.30am, 5.30pm

  • Wednesday - 5.30am, 6.15am, 9.30am, 5.30pm

  • Thursday - 5.30am, 6.15am, 9.30am, 5.30pm

  • Friday - 5.30am, 6.15am, 9.30am, 5.30pm

  • Saturday - 7.30am, 8.15am

  • Sunday - 8.15am

Which format will it be tomorrow?

We’ve made a change and the format is now listed on Mindbody when you make your booking.

Do I need a training buddy?

No! You can bring a friend if you like but we can also provide friends for you. We have so many amazing HIIT members, someone will always be there to keep you company. Sometimes, you’ll even see our coaches in the sessions with you.

Who programs the sessions?

Our world class trainers are responsible for programming your sessions day in and day out. If you’re looking for someone to blame when you’re sore the next day, look to them!

Who do I ask about billing enquiries?

Send an email to info@hiitlaunceston.com.au and our Office Manager Lauren, will be able to assist you.

How much is membership?

It’s $40 per week which includes access to unlimited HIIT sessions and Hi-Per Centre 24/7 facility. You can also pay per session for $15. Bookings are essential, check out the ‘Schedule’ on the website and you can book in.

How do I book my first class?

Head over to the ‘Schedule’ page on the website, choose a class and then hit book. You’ll be taken through the signup process and can choose to sign up for a membership on the spot or pay casually until you make a decision.

what if i can’t make a session I’ve already booked?

Make sure you jump onto the Mindbody app and cancel your booking by 9pm the night before any morning sessions and by 3pm for evening sessions to avoid being charged a $5 no show fee. This means that any person on the wailist can have your spot if you’re not going to be attending.

My log in isn’t working for Mindbody, what should I do?

Sometimes Mindbody have scheduled maintenance which can affect bookings. Please send us a message on Instagram, or send an email to info@hiitlaunceston.com.au and we will be able to look into it for you. 

If you’ve forgotten your password, hit ‘Forgot Password’ and a temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.
